Our newly renovated holiday apartment is located on the beautiful island of Niederwerth.
The university town of Vallendar can be reached via a bridge in just 700 m. From there, Koblenz can be reached in a short time by bus and train.
The bedroom has a large box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an armchair bed (approx. 1.95m x 0.80m), a wardrobe. The room must be completely darkened for better sleeping comfort.
The living/dining area has a sofa, a large flat screen TV, a radio and a dining table for three people.
The new fitted kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available.
The new bathroom has a shower.
During your stay you can use the Internet via Wi-Fi free of charge.
The property also includes free parking.

Selten eine so schöne, große und moderne Ferienwohnung gesehen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr schöne Lage. Absolut zu empfehlen. Egal ob Baden am Strand oder Kulturelles in Koblenz oder Vallendar alles super zu erreichen.
very quiet and peaceful location
The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful location despite being close to supermarket, university (WHU) and public transport. Inside it is very comfortable and spacious, with large and welcoming rooms. In particular, the living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and there is also a hi-fi system that allows you to listen to your own music by connecting your phone or another USB device The kitchen equipment is complete and allows you to both cook anything and reheat ready-made foods. In general it feels like home. The positive picture is completed by the fact that check-in is very simple and a parking space is available right in front of the apartment door. The interaction with Andreas was always punctual and the instructions for arrival, stay and departure were very clear
